Quick Workout Guide
-
Glute Bridge
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, placing the weighted ring horizontally across your hips. Press through your heels to lift your hips toward the ceiling into a bridge position, squeezing your glutes at the top before lowering back down with control.
-
Goblet Squat
Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, holding the weighted ring with both hands in front of your chest. Lower your hips back and down into a deep squat while keeping your chest upright and core engaged, then push through your heels to return to the starting position.
-
Seated Torso Rotation
Sit on the mat with knees bent, feet elevated. Hold the weighted ring in front of your chest with both hands. Engage your core, lean back slightly, and twist your torso side-to-side, tapping the ring toward the floor beside you with each rotation.
-
Side Plank Raise
Get into a side plank position with your forearm on the floor and your body lifted in a straight line, then extend your top arm upward toward the ceiling while holding the weighted ring. Engage your core and obliques to maintain balance and hold the pose steady.
-
Overhead Lunge
Step one foot forward and lower your hips into a lunge position while keeping your torso upright, extending both arms straight overhead to hold the weighted ring. Push through your front foot to return to the starting position while keeping your core engaged and your arms elevated.
