Can I cancel my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the parcel weight and delivery location.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders usually arrive within a few working days. International deliveries typically take 10+ working days, depending on the destination country.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to Royal Mail PO Box addresses if the parcel meets Royal Mail size limits (up to 2kg and 61 × 46 × 46 cm).
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unwashed and unaltered items in sellable condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Can I return items bought from other retailers?
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for products purchased through third-party retailers.
