Christmas 2025 Delivery Cut-Off Dates

To receive your order in time for Christmas, please place your order by:

UK Mainland
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: Order by 19 December 2025
• DPD Next Day: Order by Monday, 22 December 2025 (before 2pm)

Remote / Highland Postcodes
(AB36–AB38, FK17–FK21, IV1–IV62 and similar)
• Order by Friday, 19 December 2025

International Orders
Delivery times vary by country, so we recommend placing international orders at least 14 days before Christmas to avoid delays.

 

Year-Round Shipping Information

All orders within UK Mainland can enjoy FREE SHIPPING. Plus, eligible orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will receive FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched next working day.  Orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday. 

Shipping Method Based on Weight:
Any orders under 2kg will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, while anything over 2kg will be sent using DPD Next Day. Oversized items will be shipped with Yodel.

 

OFFSHORE: (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles)

Royal Mail: Anything ‘OFFSHORE’ goes ‘Royal Mail Tracked 24.’ However, it’s not guaranteed to arrive within 24 hours Offshore, Royal Mail say it’s generally a 1–2-day service. This applies to parcels under 2kg, that do not exceed 61cm in length.

DPD: Anything ‘OFFSHORE’ will go with ‘DPD Two Day.’ So on the most part, that’s anything weighing above 2kg and below 30kg, that does not exceed 1 metre in length.

EU & Rest of the World: Shipping costs calculated at checkout. Shipping costs dependant on parcel weight and location. Delivery time is a minimum of 10 working days.

Please be advised that orders shipped out of the UK may take longer and be subject to customs duties and value-added tax (VAT). These charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on the applicable duties and taxes. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that any customs duties and VAT incurred will be borne by you.
